Reach. Build. Honor. This is our mission wrapped up in three words. Harvest Bible Church is a Spirit filled, non-denominational multicultural church where people of all races, backgrounds and walks of life come together to REACH others with the good news of the gospel, BUILD them up with the Word of God, and HONOR God through our actions and words so He receives all the glory!
How we started
Harvest Bible Church was started in October of 1994. After Pastoring a church for many years in Pittsburgh PA, Pastor Mark sensed that God had a new assignment for him. He set himself to pray and through that felt a call to pioneer a new church in California. On a visit he traveled the Highway 99 corridor and when he stopped to eat in Stockton, God spoke Hebrews 11:10 to his heart and told him that Stockton is a city whose builder and maker is God!
Stockton and San Joaquin county may get a lot of bad press, but Harvest Bible Church is here to tell of the great love God has for the people of Stockton, Lodi and surrounding San Joaquin community!
Pastor Mark and his wife Pamela and the whole body of believers at Harvest Bible Church are continuing to bring faith, hope, and love to everyone they meet! Come and be a part of our story that is going to continue until the return of the Lord!
